Behind the Possible: Meet the Team

This month is Autism Acceptance Month, and the need for acceptance is greater than ever.
Over the last year, CAI realized a 38% increase in neurodivergent individuals placed in employment, yet the unemployment rate world-wide for neurodivergent adults is still at 30-40%.
We couldn’t power the possible without our people – our neurodivergent associates. Each of their journeys demonstrates how workplace inclusion and acceptance benefits us all.
In this 30-minute session, we’ll introduce you to four of our neurodivergent associates currently working with CAI Neurodiverse Solutions. You’ll hear their stories and learn more about:
• Experiences growing up in the neurodiverse community
• Neurodiversity’s influence on securing employment
• The value neurodiversity brings to the workplace
• How workplace inclusion and acceptance can change lives
