Hire Autism Navigator Program

Interested in receiving free virtual job search support? Hire Autism Navigators are here to help. 

Hire Autism has volunteer mentors called Navigators who can virtually support you with aspects of the job search, including resume and cover letter writing or interview preparation. Navigators can also provide additional resources and answer general employment questions. There is no cost to take advantage of this support.

Steps for Getting Paired with a Navigator:

  1. Create an account on the Hire Autism website
  2. Complete all required profile sections in your account
  3. Upload/create a resume in the resume builder section of your account
  4. Select the “Interested in working with a Navigator” button 
  5. Carefully read through and sign the Job Seeker Agreement

After signing this agreement, a Hire Autism staff member will contact you to gather additional information before pairing you with a Navigator. Once paired, a Navigator will assist you for 4-6 weeks per topic area (resume, cover letter, interviewing).
