DESCRIPTION:This month is Autism Acceptance Month\, and the need for acceptance is greater than ever. \nOver the last year\, CAI realized a 38% increase in neurodivergent individuals placed in employment\, yet the unemployment rate world-wide for neurodivergent adults is still at 30-40%. \nWe couldn’t power the possible without our people – our neurodivergent associates. Each of their journeys demonstrates how workplace inclusion and acceptance benefits us all. \nIn this 30-minute session\, we’ll introduce you to four of our neurodivergent associates currently working with CAI Neurodiverse Solutions. You’ll hear their stories and learn more about:\n• Experiences growing up in the neurodiverse community\n• Neurodiversity’s influence on securing employment\n• The value neurodiversity brings to the workplace\n• How workplace inclusion and acceptance can change lives
