Rise & Shine ABA is seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team in the Bronx, NY area.

We are a home-based ABA therapy company committed to improving the lives of children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Our mission is to provide high-quality, individualized ABA therapy services to families across New York City and Long Island.
Position: Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Employment Type: Part-Time
Location: Bronx, NY (in-home sessions with clients throughout the Bronx area)
Pay Rate: $23–$26 per hour (based on experience and certification)
Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in client homes in the Bronx
- Collect and record data on client progress accurately
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and families
- Follow individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
- RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in the Bronx, NY area
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
