This position is ideal for someone who likes consistent, process-driven work and takes pride in quality and accuracy. Training and ongoing support are provided — including accommodations or individualized coaching for neurodiverse employees to help ensure success on the job.
What You’ll Do
- Build and assemble products by following clear written instructions and established processes.
- Follow safety and quality standards to ensure every product meets specifications.
- Accurately record work performed and maintain organized documentation.
- Rotate between tasks as needed and work collaboratively with your team.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and training opportunities.
- Learn and apply Lean Manufacturing principles (training provided)

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production role preferred.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Comfortable working on-site full time and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn, follow structure, and grow with a supportive team.
Extra Experience That’s a Plus
- Familiarity with SAP or other manufacturing software systems.
- Experience in medical device or similar quality-focused manufacturing.
- Prior experience training others or learning multiple work areas
