Neurodiversity in Leadership
Celebrating 11 years of community support programming, the Key Executive Leadership Programs is delighted to announce the 2022 Key FEDTalks Speaker Series. This year’s focus is centered on the future of leadership and public service. This series will feature discussions on Neurodiversity in Leadership, Public vs. Private Sector, Trust in the Federal Government, and The Great Resignation.
Neurodiversity is the idea that people experience and interact with the world around them in many different ways, where there is no single “right” way of thinking, learning, and behaving. What challenges are presented to leaders and organizations seeking mission accomplishment? How do we best meet the needs of not only a diverse workforce, but a Neurodiverse workforce? Join our distinguished panel to discuss this timely topic and hear how you can transform your organization and work into a Neurodiverse environment.
Participants who attend three or more live sessions will be eligible for a certificate of participation at the end of the series.
Moderator:
Patrick Malone, Director, Key Executive Leadership Programs, School of Public Affairs, American University
