How to Navigate the Remote and Flexible Job Market: Trends in 2024
January 18, 2024 @ 2:00 pm - 2:45 pm
A choice of work environment and location is now a key factor for many job seekers when searching for a better work-life balance and evaluating new career opportunities. A recent FlexJobs survey found that 65% of respondents reported a desire to work remotely full-time, while 32% want a hybrid work environment. That’s an incredible 97% of workers who desire some form of remote work!
Ideally, people can balance their career and their personal life in a way that works best for their needs, and having a more flexible job typically helps with this. Are you interested in remote jobs and flexible work options, like being able to work from home, have a flexible schedule, find a professional-level part-time job, or work on freelance/contract projects? Can you continue to work remotely if you already are? Can your employer make you come into the office? This webinar will discuss the flexible job market, trends in 2024 to pay attention to, and how to position yourself for a remote or flexible job.
