How to Navigate the Remote and Flexible Job Market: Trends in 2023

FlexJobs’ 2021 survey found that 44% of respondents know at least one person that has already quit or is planning to quit their job due to in-person work requirements, 29% said they’re searching for a new job that allows remote work, and 17% would quit their job if it did not offer some remote work options.
Ideally, people can balance their career and their personal life in a way that works best for their needs, and having a more flexible job typically helps with this.
