Creating and empowering an Employee Resource Group can create great communications and engagements within your teams. Often, Neurodiversity does not have its own group, or it is nested within another group, like as a disability for example.
In this session, we explore why it is so important to create ERGs that meet the needs of all your employees.
We will look at:
Understanding the impact of ERGS, on those that take part in them – how to take care of your neurodiversity champions.
How to create psychological safety with the group – and how good ERGs can accelerate inclusion and safety in your business.
Examining how ERGs can feed into your career progression and talent attraction strategies.
Managing the relationships between the ERG and the business.
Recognizing, rewards, and resourcing your ERG.
