In class, Gretchen Bellamy will teach you “5 Things to Get You 5 Years Ahead” in strengthening your organization through DE&I strategy.

In this mini-class, you’ll learn:

1. The structure of the Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Benchmarks (GDEIB) model
2. How benchmarking is applied to DE&I
3. The 5 levels your organization can operate at within any given benchmarking category
4. The benchmarks within a sample category: Talent Attraction, Sourcing, and Recruitment
5. How to begin an organizational self-assessment

Gretchen has a diverse background in the law, corporate leadership and education, with 25 years of professional experience in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. She has held leadership roles at McDonald’s, Walmart, UNC Chapel Hill, and The American Bar Association (ABA). She was recognized with the Architect of Meritocracy Award by the Financial Times of London; the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Visionary Award by Walmart; and the Outstanding International Corporate Counsel Award by the ABA.
