In this 30-minute session, we’ll introduce you to 2 DEI experts – Becky Kekula, Director of the Disability Equality Index at Disability:IN, and CAI’s own Melissa Michael, Executive Director of HCM Operations Support. You’ll learn about their journeys as we discuss:
– Defining the business value of neurodiversity in the workplace
– Best practices for integrating DEI values at a company
– Overcoming obstacles and barriers in the DEI space
– The importance of embracing workplace inclusion
