Best Practices for Onboarding & Safety for New Employees – Online Only

A strong relationship exists between how well an employee is oriented to a new job and how likely the employee is to become a valuable team member. The smooth introduction of new employees is an essential ingredient for reducing performance problems, turnover and work related injuries. BBSI representatives from both Risk and HR will be coordinating this training to incorporate best practices in both new hire and safety orientation.
