Our guest speaker will be Lenanne Miller who is employed at All Star Labor & Staffing as their Contract Manager and Director of Community Relations. During her 8 years with
the company, she has held several positions and is currently working to attain her PHR certification. She loves to develop and build employer and job seeker relationships as well as support the All Star recruiting teams.
Lenanne will be sharing her expertise with us on how to make yourself an indispensable employee, and why doing so ensures job security and helps you gain respect from both your coworkers and supervisors. She will discuss the value of developing Interpersonal Communication Skills, as well as other beneficial skills.
You will also learn about the value of working with a staffing agency to find employment. Here are things that will be covered:
