Lawn Care worker job description: responsible for maintaining the health, appearance, and safety of residential and commercial outdoor spaces. Key duties include mowing, edging, weeding, trimming, and operating equipment like blowers and mowers. Applicant needs to have a valid driver’s license, and physical strength of at least 40+ pounds.
Core Responsibilities
Routine Maintenance: Mowing, edging, weed-eating, blowing debris off walkways, and debris removal.
Landscape Care: Pruning shrubs, trimming hedges, planting and weeding garden beds, laying mulch or pinestraw.
Equipment Care: Operating, cleaning, and performing basic maintenance on lawn mowers, blowers, and trucks.

Requirements and Qualifications
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 40+ pounds, stand, walk, kneel, work outdoors in all weather conditions and handle loud noise from equipment.
Skills: Prior experience with landscaping equipment is preferred but not required, willing to train the right person.
Licensing/Driving: A valid driver's license and clean driving record are not required.
Attributes: Reliability, time management, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Requires early morning starts and working outdoors in various, sometimes extreme, weather conditions.
