FOCUS@Work is a FREE program that helps women find meaningful and sustainable employment.
Join us for an online information session to learn how this program can help you reach your goals.
Please note, in our response to COVID-19, our office location is open by appointment only. Our weekly information sessions are held on Zoom. You will receive an email with the link one hour before your session. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see an email in your inbox and email [email protected] if you did not receive a Zoom link one day prior to the session.
Program Highlights
- A goal-oriented, supportive environment to help boost your confidence
- A focus on essential skills, and how to reposition in current labour market
- Holistic programming that includes self-care and building a growth mindset
- Community of peer support with opportunities to build your professional network
Job Search Supports
- Two weeks of skill building workshops
- Ten weeks of customized job search action planning
- Up to five one-to-one career coaching sessions
- Weekly strategy and group coaching sessions
- Networking opportunities and guest speaker events.
