DESCRIPTION:Join us for an online event hosted by Cynthia Broughton from CPS HR Consulting to prioritize employee mental health and well-being! \nIn this one-hour course\, we will cover essential topics related to mental health awareness in the workplace\, including understanding mental health\, recognizing signs and symptoms\, legal and ethical considerations\, self-care and stress management\, the supervisor’s role\, and available resources. \nIt will allow for participant interaction through Q&A and discussion\, encouraging a supportive and open atmosphere. \nPresented by Cynthia Broughton from CPS HR Consulting. \nCynthia has served as an executive and personal coach for over 15 years. Her work draws from a broad foundation working in both health and wellness fields\, and organizational development in corporate settings. Her formal education includes a PhD in Organizational Behavior and Leadership Development\, and a Master’s degree in Somatic Psychology focusing on Stress Management. She am certified in Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coaching\, Cognitive Behavioral Coaching\, Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC)\, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)\, Mindfulness Meditation\, Yoga Therapy\, and a variety of personality and strengths assessments.
