DESCRIPTION:The Active for Autism Virtual 5K & Kids Dash is a virtual event that can be run\, walked\, cycled\, swam at your own pace\, in your own time\, from wherever you are! Ideally it would be on a course near your front door\, inside your home on a treadmill/trainer\, or get creative and find a new\, fun course to race. While we can’t run together in a race\, we want to motivate you to keep moving and challenge yourself to a virtual race! \nAll proceeds from the Active for Autism 5K & Kids Dash will go to OAR’s Changing Lives Fund and will be used solely for direct research and programs support. \nRegister today and dedicate your miles to autism research!
